1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SignalRoom, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

SignalRoom provides AI-curated daily technology briefings delivered via email and integrations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion within 48 hours of a charge for accidental or duplicate transactions.
• No prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.

5. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others (Team plans allow multiple seats within the purchased limit).
• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use SignalRoom for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our systems.
• Do not distribute briefing content publicly without attribution.
• Do not send spam or unsolicited communications through our platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by SignalRoom are owned by Erature or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service for personal or internal business use. Briefing synthesis and recommendations are for informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SignalRoom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Any reliance on briefing content is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erature shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
